This limited warranty will not apply for the following failures:
(1) Failures for conditions. circumstances, or by improper handling or operations not notated in the instruction manual.
(2) Failures in the operation other than is directed in the manual or by
the users' handling such as excessive impact, drop, shock, etc.
(3) If you do not follow the storage conditions that are described in
the manual.
(4) If modified, or repaired by anyone other than us.
(5) If the cause is due to natural disasters such as fire, earthquake,
flood, lightning, etc. or due to accidents not within our responsibility.
(6) In case of repair or replacement, please bring in or return the
product to our factory. The customer will carry shipping costs.

UVNIA ships all orders with UPS or USPS in United States and out of country. As you checkout, you will be able to select the preferred type of service from a carrier of your choice.
Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with tracking numbers for the carrier you selected.
We cannot change the shipping method once your order has been completed.

UVNIA 20 DAY RETURN POLICY
UVNIA comes with a 20-day return guarantee, less shipping and handling, when purchased directly from UVNIA. UVNIA is a LED UVC Sterilizer product, therefore we cannot accept used Toothbrush Sterilizers. This is applied only to manufacturing defects. If purchased from any other source, please return product to point of purchase.
Notes: Excludes shipping and handling costs or any rush charges. Customer pays return postage. A copy of your receipt is required. If returned product is incomplete, refund will be prorated.
